Technician (Phoenix, AZ)
The field services technician tests underground storage tanks at service stations for leaks and assures petroleum vapor recovery systems are in compliance. Please email Mark Shaw regarding this position
Duties:
- Perform various integrity tests for underground storage tanks, lines, and leak detectors
- Install equipment, including automatic tank gauge systems
- Perform required lock-out/tag-out procedures needed to carry out duties above
- Perform on-site assessments
Requirements:
- Licensed by state as required
- DOT certified as needed
- In some states must be able to perform V/L testing, Stage II testing and SB 989 testing, monitor certifications
- Able to work without direct supervision & travel extensively
- Driving record which meets company standards
- Able to lift up to 60 pounds
- Able to climb, bend, stoop, kneel and stand for various periods
- Demonstrate working knowledge of TOPS computer system
- (Preferred) ICC UT, VI, VT Certification
- (Preferred) Veeder Root Level II-III or higher
Responsibilities:
- Record data into computer database, transmit reports, analyze data & maintain records
- Follow strict safety and technical protocols
If you are not afraid to get dirty, and want to be paid a base salary the first 4 months and earn bonus on top of salary after you are trained (approximately 4 months), we want to hear from you.
Management Trainee, Lodi
We select our managers from our successful, experienced field services personnel. Field services technicians test underground storage tanks for leaks, assure vapor recovery systems are in compliance and install cathodic protection systems. The completion of a 12-18 month field technician training can lead to the next level of training for management positions in our operations offices around the U.S. All travel is company-paid. We are recruiting for college graduates with some work experience. Construction or sales experience is a preferred qualification. If you are seeking a management training program, we want to hear from you. You must have a college degree, a good driving record and no criminal history. Those who have succeeded with us are self-starters with independent, creative thinking abilities, have an interest in protecting the environment, and a desire to succeed in business.

Technician Trainee
The field services technician tests underground storage tanks at service stations for leaks and assures petroleum vapor recovery systems are in compliance.
Duties:
- Testing tanks for leaks, perform installation and testing of automatic tank gauge systems, lockout/tagout procedures, other on-site assessments, and record data into laptop computer.
Requirements:
- Able to work with supervision and eventually independently
- Good driving record
- Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
- Clean criminal history
- Able to lift up to 60 pounds
- Position requires stooping, bending, kneeling
- Able to use computer, hand and power tools
- Follow strict safety and technical protocols
- Extensive travel in company-furnished vehicle
- Ability to be away from home for a few weeks at a time, with company-paid travel expenses.
Responsibilities:
- Drive service vehicles to sites
- Receive training on installing equipment
- Receive training on conducting tests
- Learn to analyze data
- Enter results into computer
- Transmit reports
- Maintain records
- Communicate well
