State Approvals
The use of online Class C Operator Training as an approach to
compliance with operator training regulations is approved on a state-by-state basis.
In response to the federal requirement’s mandate that all Class A, B and C operators
will receive specific levels of training, each state has, or will, define their own
specific requirements.
Here is a summary of those states that have made decisions
regarding the approval of online Class C Operator training programs and the status of
the Tanknology/PTS online training course in those states. Copies of individual
certifications are available by request. This list will be updated as conditions change.
